FS Solutions Director Stephen McKenzie-McHarg has again committed to a chilly night out to help raise awareness and funds to address homelessness. Over 105,000 Australians sleep out every night and the without specialist homeless and housing services, the needs of people experiencing disadvantage are far from being met.

From the St Vincent de Paul Society website: “The aim of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout is not only to raise funds, but raise awareness of homelessness. Our goal is not just to service the homeless, but to bring about an end to homelessness. The discomfort of sleeping on the streets is a fragment of the larger reality we hope to impart upon influential leaders of the community. With their help, and yours, we can fight the issue of homelessness together”

On Thursday December 15, FS Solutions hosted an afternoon event at the Belgian Beer Cafe in Kingston. Representatives from Datapod, Jones Lang Lasalle, Ray White Commercial, Exact Project Management, ISIS Property Group, Capital Strata Management and CBRE attended.

Special thanks to those who were able to join the celebrations, a lovely afternoon was had by all.

On June 16th Managing Director Stephen McKenzie-McHarg completed the St Vinnies CEO sleepout in Canberra.

Thank you to those who generously supported this cause, he was deeply moved by the plight of those in need and will assist in raising awareness where he can. He’ll also ‘rise to the challenge’ again next year.

A diversely experienced, qualified Mechanical Engineer David has over 20 years experience in the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Field coupled with a passion for Building Services, he draws on a vast skill set that includes Manufacturing, Research & Development, Refrigeration and the Fire Protection Industries.

Dave has a unique ability to see a project from inception to completion while thinking on his feet to overcome problems and identify solutions. Having worked in the Fire Protection Industry for the past 8 years in several roles including Project Manager, Service Manager and Business Development Manager he has been responsible for Installations, Service, Design, Estimating and Sales.

Dave brings his professional attributes to our team that ensures our clients expectations are understood and fulfilled.

Introducing Frankie Pho and Jessica Bonfitto

Frankie joins FS Solutions as the Finance and Administration Officer. Frankie has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at Canberra University and has held various roles in Administration and Bookkeeping. He will work closely with Financial Controller Wendy Fisher and Managing Director Stephen McKenzie-McHarg.

Jessica joins the team as our Administration Assistant. Jessica has previously held administrative roles within the security services industry and will assist Operations Manager John Waaka to further improve administrative functions and customer service.
