Stephen McKenzie-McHarg
Managing Director

With over 30 years of leadership in the fire and security sector, Steve brings a rare combination of frontline trade expertise and high-level executive experience. Having managed operations at state, national, and international levels—including key roles as Operations Manager and Product Marketing Manager at TYCO and National Field Operations Manager at Chubb—he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s operational complexities.

Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Business Operations and a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, qualifications that underpin his commitment to business excellence and continuous process improvement.

In 2008, Steve founded FS Solutions with a clear vision: to build a client-focused essential services company rooted in integrity and responsiveness. Under his leadership, FS Solutions has evolved into the region’s premier provider of fire and security services, trusted by clients across Canberra and the surrounding areas for dependable, high-quality protection.

Joe Drew
Business Development Manager – Security

Joe Drew has worked in the electronic security industry for over 13 years and worked with many Government and Commercial clients, builders, consultants and electrical contractors over this time. Joe has experience with many systems including Gallagher, Integriti, Avigilon CCTV, and many other major electronic security systems including integrated security solutions. Joe has also provided Account Management services to major customers in Canberra and around Australia.
