FS Solutions was the specialist fire systems contractor for the Garangula Gallery project.
The iconic gallery was built by Canberra’s Manteena Constructions who took out top honours in the Master Builders Association’s Excellence Awards for 2014, winning Project of the Year. The gallery was designed by Architects Fender Katsalidis Mirams to house the client’s collection of indigenous art.
The project was a noted by the judges as a perfect example of how a close collaboration between client and architects could deliver a unique building with minimal impact on the environment.
