FS Solutions deliver Fire and Security services across the Canberra region and are seeking a service sales coordinator with experience in the fire protection industry.
The most important aspect to the role is a high level of knowledge and leadership in customer service and the ability to work with sales systems. The successful applicant will report directly to the service manager.
Responsibilities:
- Service and minor works quotes
- Service and minor works scheduling
- Achieve set targets for growth
- Administrative functions to support to the service manager
- Build and develop positive relationships with customers
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written English (good use and understanding of grammar and sentence construction)
- Proficient usage of Microsoft applications
- Ability to tailor messages to specific stakeholder/audience groups
- Experience in compiling communication approaches, plans, and key messages
- Team player, self starter and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Would suit someone with an understanding of the Australian Standards relating to Fire protection.
