Position Vacant | Service Sales Coordinator

FS Solutions deliver Fire and Security services across the Canberra region and are seeking a service sales coordinator with experience in the fire protection industry.

The most important aspect to the role is a high level of knowledge and leadership in customer service and the ability to work with sales systems. The successful applicant will report directly to the service manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and minor works quotes
  • Service and minor works scheduling
  • Achieve set targets for growth
  • Administrative functions to support to the service manager
  • Build and develop positive relationships with customers
  • Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written English (good use and understanding of grammar and sentence construction)
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to tailor messages to specific stakeholder/audience groups
  • Experience in compiling communication approaches, plans, and key messages
  • Team player, self starter and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Would suit someone with an understanding of the Australian Standards relating to Fire protection.
