1. Do you supply and inspect fire extinguishers?
Yes. Contact us on 1300 131 357 to order. We can deliver your extinguishers and provide pricing for the required servicing.
2. Can you upgrade my Fire Protection System and Security System or do you only provide servicing?
Absolutely. FS Solutions is able to design, construct and install both fire protection systems and security systems. Our company is your one stop shop for the protection of your people and your assets.
3. I am unhappy with my current service provider, can I switch?
This depends on whether you have a service contract in place. Contact us to discuss, we can help you understand the implications of switching and provide options for you.
4. Are you able to complete electrical and plumbing works?
Yes. FS Solutions employs electricians and plumbers who are readily available to provide a schedule of rates for servicing or pricing for major projects.
5. Do I need to call you to book my scheduled servicing?
If you have a service contract with us then no. Our system manages all service level commitments and our technicians are dispatched as required so that your site, your assets and people are protected.
6. Do you complete projects outside of Canberra?
Yes. FS Solutions has been responsible for delivering a range of projects, from simple to complex, extending throughout Australia and overseas across a range of market sectors.
